Notices

  1. Reception children will change their reading books every Monday and Friday during our Library time.   Nursery children will change their books on Tuesdays.                                                                                                                    
  2. PE is on Tuesday and Reception children should have their full PE kit in school. Please make sure the children have black pumps, blue shorts and a white t-shirt in their PE bag labelled with their name.Nursery children will not yet need a PE kit but will need to take off their shoes and socks for PE.                                                                          

Curriculum

Our curriculum is the Early Years Foundation Stage which is a play based curriculum. Children learn both indoors and outdoors through play based activities and these activities are planned and developed around the childrens interests. We use a combination of Jolly Phonics and Letters and Sounds to teach Phonics. Below are some games that will help to develop your childs confidence with reading.
