Religious Education is a big part of our curriculum and school day and gives us the chance to think about and reflect on the world around us. Each morning we share Collective Worship together using a story from the world or prayer as our focus of discussion and reflection.

We explore Religion through a variety of ways using stories, drama and music to develop our understanding and knowledge.

This half term we learnt all about God's Great Plan. We had opportunities to explore God's world and discuss the importance of looking after his world. The children also shared role play experiences through the story of Noah's Ark.

Next half term we will be learning all about Mary the Mother of God. The children will also learn about the importance of advent and what advent means to us. The children will be given opportunites to write advent promises and create individual prayers to thank God for Mary and Jesus.
